HOSTWAY CAREERS MICROSITE
Hostway wanted to attract more tech talent to it’s internal startup atmosphere. The rest of the site was tailored toward enterprise clients, however, Hostway needed a way to reach out to creative problem solvers in the IT industry. The solution was to create a Careers page and a Glassdoor campaign to reach out and attract talent in multiple locations and countries.
We settled on a “Mad Scientist” theme, as we were always cooking up new products and solutions to customer problems.
Using photos of employees from our holiday party, along with stock video and an interactive map of locations, I created a responsive one page microsite to accomplish this task.

TRADESHOW BRANDING
Created a design solution in support of Hostway trade shows. In previous years Hostway participated in 3-4 trade shows a year, and booth design was inconsistent and off brand, with a visual “theme” for each show that required extensive resources to execute all of the necessary booth items and collateral.
In 2016 Hostway was able to attend 9 tradeshows in Q1 and Q2 with a consistent message and collateral for multiple business units.
MANAGED MAGENTO
Working closely with the Web & Apps team for Hostway, I coordinated with the Product Manager, Product Marketer, and Sales Enablement team to design and launch Hostway’s Managed Magento product line at the Magento Imagine 2016 conference.
The product offering was created for both Cloud and Managed Servers, while Shared hosting eCommerce products were being retired and replaced by Magento solutions. As we were in the middle of a web redesign effort that was to be launched later, we had a few obstacles with navigation and existing pages, and also the challenge of addressing the user’s needs for an appropriate solution for their hosting platform.
